Customers have 14 days to cancel their agreement.
Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without having to specify a reason.

The 14-day cancellation period starts on the day you or a third party named by you who is not the shipper takes or has taken possession of the last merchandise.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by written statement about your decision to cancel this agreement. The declaration can be sent by letter, fax or email to: ACTEBUS AG, Kasernenstrasse 103, 7000 Chur, Switzerland, empfang@actebus.ch; Telephone: +41 81 322 66 22. You may use the attached cancellation form to do so, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, you simply need to send notice that you are canceling your agreement before the expiration of the cancellation period.

Cancellation follow-up

If you cancel this agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges related to all other delivery options besides our least expensive standard delivery). We will refund your payment by whichever payment method was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged for such a refund under any circumstances. We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned merchandise or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the merchandise, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the merchandise to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the merchandise before expiry of the 14-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the merchandise. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the merchandise if testing for its condition, properties and functionality shows that such loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the merchandise. Opened packages with missing or opened ampoules represent a complete loss of value and will not be refunded.

We bear all costs related to shipping the returned merchandise if the return is made within Germany.
